Job Description

- Coordinate with sales/top management to product planning projection for forecast/SO/R&D
- Develop and implement detailed production schedules to meet customer orders and forecasted demand.
- Coordinate production workflow for one or multiple products
- Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay
- Determine Contractor manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand
- Prepare and submit status and performance reports Daily basis (MIS )
- Collaborate with Purchase,quality control, Store and other staff
- Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as required to account for changes in demand or production delays.
- Ensure the timely availability of raw materials, components, and, tools to prevent delays in production.
- Ensure optimal utilization of machines, and materials to meet production targets.
- Coordinate with procurement, inventory management, and suppliers to ensure continuous production flow.
- Monitor stock levels to ensure that there are no shortages or excess materials.
- Maintain accurate records of production schedules, inventory levels, and any changes made to production plans.
- Suggest and implement improvements to increase production efficiency and reduce costs.
