Simple, uncomplicated and whenever you need them.  Responsibilities • To work as an executive QA, Especially for parts development activity to be managed by vender development cell and its inspection to be performed at vendor’s place as well as factory. Considering enough full time load for one QA Person to fast track vendor development activity, • To perform inspection activates and taking fast decisions for the parts procured trough vendor development cell. Basic knowledge of measuring instruments. Basic Knowledge of computer/MS office. Basic Understanding of communication, Teamwork, interpersonal relation. The need and responsibility of position and work. • Manage all quality related activities. Review process control plan, drive quality issues to root cause, corrective actions and improvement, track quality performance. • Coordinate customer visits and audits. Assist in developing quality goals and improvement plans. • Track quality performance and initiate quality improvement plans. • Define and develop quality criteria- Define outgoing quality plan, work with production, product management and customer. • Documentation and procedure compliance. Establish, review and revise quality procedures, establish training / development for quality inspectors and technician for the related products. • Data Analysis and statistical Process control. Constant use or apply statistical techniques in data analysis, implement statistical process control. • Process control and audit. Review whole process control system through quarterly review of process and product or FMEA. Periodically audit process control to ensure compliance and identify opportunity for improvement.
