Responsibilities of candidates include: • Handle Front Desk. Strong communication skill. Knowledge of MS Office. Welcome client by greeting them. Maintain data of visitor & client. Well behave with staff. Forwarding & Answering the calls. Any visitor/guest come so it your responsibility to call concern person and inform. Also guide the visitor/guest to the cabin. Handle peon & cleaning staff and make sure that there is proper clinging done in all departments. Receive couriers and hand over to concern person. If any candidate come for interview give interview form & question paper and when it complete give to the HR.
