Summary:
As a Responsible AI Tech Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the development and implementation of artificial intelligence solutions that prioritize ethical considerations and responsible use. This role requires guiding teams to ensure AI projects comply with established ethical standards and regulatory frameworks. The position includes fostering collaboration across various departments to promote the adoption of responsible AI practices and providing strategic leadership to align technological advancements with societal values and organizational goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead initiatives to integrate ethical principles into AI development processes.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment on responsible AI objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to build awareness and skills related to ethical AI practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Strong understanding of AI ethics frameworks and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Experience in designing and deploying AI solutions with a focus on transparency and fairness.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex AI projects.
- Skilled in risk assessment and mitigation strategies related to AI technologies.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- This position is based at our Ahmedabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
