Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Target Achievement
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Generate new business opportunities and close deals with both new and existing customers.
  • Customer Relationship Management
  • Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers.
  • Handle complex negotiations with senior-level executives.
  • Dealer & Market Engagement
  • Visit dealers regularly to manage product introductions and ensure merchandising standards.
  • Develop and strengthen dealer/distributor relationships to expand market reach.
  • Product Promotion & Demonstration
  • Demonstrate product features (washing machines, microwaves, refrigerators, ACs, etc.) to customers.
  • Ensure optimal product placement and visibility in retail outlets.
  • Operational Coordination
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution and after-sales service.
  • Provide training and support to dealers and retail staff.

🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: 2–5 years of sales experience in consumer durables.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in commerce, business, or related field preferred.
  • Sales Skills: Strong consultative selling approach, ability to identify and qualify leads.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to manage negotiations.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with consumer durable product categories.
