Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Target Achievement
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Generate new business opportunities and close deals with both new and existing customers.
- Customer Relationship Management
- Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers.
- Handle complex negotiations with senior-level executives.
- Dealer & Market Engagement
- Visit dealers regularly to manage product introductions and ensure merchandising standards.
- Develop and strengthen dealer/distributor relationships to expand market reach.
- Product Promotion & Demonstration
- Demonstrate product features (washing machines, microwaves, refrigerators, ACs, etc.) to customers.
- Ensure optimal product placement and visibility in retail outlets.
- Operational Coordination
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution and after-sales service.
- Provide training and support to dealers and retail staff.
🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 2–5 years of sales experience in consumer durables.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in commerce, business, or related field preferred.
- Sales Skills: Strong consultative selling approach, ability to identify and qualify leads.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to manage negotiations.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with consumer durable product categories.
