Job Description

Greet customers and ascertain what each customer wants or needs along with basic front desk handling · Recommend, select and help customers locate the right product · Describe a product's features and benefits · Demonstrate use and operation of the product · Answer customer queries regarding the product on the shop floor. · Provide information about price, warranties, manufacturing specifications, care and maintenance of products and delivery options · Upselling & Cross Selling · Complete the billing formalities · Obtaining and maintaining data of all walk-in customers · Following up with leads and the customer visiting the store, through telephone and email, and closing the sale · Courier of catalogues, brochures, offers, pricelists, etc. to customers as and when required · Regularly sending emails and calling for service post the installation Store Management:- · Ensuring the store is kept clean and well organized · Ordering any stock or consumables required for the store
