Job Description

• Candidates having minimum 2-4 years of General Trade (in FMCG) experience in similar positions and working areas. • meeting with clients virtually or during sales visits. • Demonstrating and presenting products. • Establishing new business. • Maintaining accurate records. • Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings. • Reviewing sales performance. • Negotiating contracts and packages • Responsible for Supermarkets, Modern trade, and Premium general trade • Responsible for Primary and Secondary Sales • Appointment of Distributors and premium outlets • Business generation and activation of maximum retail outlets • Conduct market research • Maintaining operations related to business development and Revenue Generation • Responding to customer complaints and comments. • Attending and chairing meetings. • Updating management on business performance, new initiatives and other pertinent issues. • Maintaining awareness of market trends in the retail industry, understanding forth-coming initiatives and monitoring what local competitors are doing. Monitor competitive activity and report significant developments to management. • Managing stock levels & making key decisions about stock control. • Order Placing as per need to production department. Order booking & Target achievement - Follow up and communication with prospective Investors • Contribute to annual sales / marketing plans, contribute to key- / target customers targeting -Product Promotions, Displays & events Revenue Generation • New Customer development/New accounts - Identify potential customers, Customer preferences& Needs • Establish and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. • Identifying market potential in order to achieve food service sales volume, revenue and profitability goals. • Maximize sales volume and revenue in the assigned markets for all Products. • Work closely with the principal companies- sales teams to maximize their respective brand's sales growth • Maintain, monitor, and regularly evaluate pricing and contracts with customers so as to provide products and services that meet standards of quality, timelines and cost. • Ensure timely collections and recoveries of past dues. • Market, segment, product knowledge • Competition analysis, market mapping, market intelligence Interested candidates can share their cv's
