Job Description
Promote and sell multiple financial products such as Mutual Funds, Life/Health/General Insurance, Fixed Deposits, Bonds, Loans, and Retirement Plans.
Conduct daily field visits to acquire new customers and maintain relationships with existing clients.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable financial products.
Achieve monthly sales targets and submit daily/weekly sales reports to the manager.
Follow up on leads, schedule appointments, and conduct client meetings.
Stay updated on market trends and competitor products.
Participate in marketing activities, campaigns, and customer engagement events.
Handle documentation, KYC, application forms, and ensure smooth policy/transaction processing.
