• Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules. • Ensuring the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs. • Responding to complaints from customers and give after-sales support • Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team • Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence. • Meeting planned sales goals. • Promoting the organization and products. • Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products. • Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the sales force to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales target. • Provide on-the-ground support for sales associates as they generate leads and close new deals • Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company's relationship with them. Responsibilities:- • Responsible for sales of Digitals India Security Products PVT. LTD. (e-surveillance), Access Control, Fire Alarm, CCTV etc. • Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities. • Develop and coordinate sales selling cycle and methodology. • Account creation and sales closure to achieve assigned sales targets. • Analyse and evaluate the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs and results. • Research and develop strategies and plans which identify marketing opportunities, direct marketing and new project development. • Understanding client requirements and positioning the appropriate solution with the help of presales team • Sales planning, reporting funnel and commit weekly / monthly. • Achieving key business parameters revenues, gross margins & payment collection. • Target market segments Medium and Large Enterprises, Banks. • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs. • Responding to complaints from customers and give after-sales support • Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material • Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness • Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems • Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements • Ensure adherence to laws and policies Requirements:- • Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving • Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty. • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task. • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. • Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.
