Job Description
Job Title: Sales Manager
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
* Identify, source, and acquire potential customers for Home Loan products.
* Conduct field visits, cold calls, and market activities to generate business.
* Understand customer needs and provide suitable HL solutions.
* Coordinate with credit & operations team for smooth processing.
* Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat & referral business.
* Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure portfolio quality.
* Track market trends and competitor activities.
🔹 Candidate Requirements:
* Minimum 1 year experience in Home Loans / Mortgage Sales / Personal Loans / Business Loans.
* Strong communication & negotiation skills.
