Job Duties and Responsibilities: ● Candidate Counselling second level Counselling of prospective candidates about CFA course offerings over the phone and face-to-face ● Call Calibration for Team & work on Performance appraisals and KRA/KPI of the team. ● Operational Responsibilities - Centre Operations Management. ● Lead Allocations to Team ● Handling a Team of 15 to 20 inside sales AM, DM, and Manager operations. ● Ensure the creation and implementation of a strategy designed to grow the business. ● Engage in key or targeted customer activities. ● Provide direct management of key functional managers and executives.
