Sales Manager

As a Sales Manager at Orenda Finserv LLP, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by managing and expanding relationships with channel partners. You will be responsible for generating loan business (Personal Loans & Business Loans) through effective partner engagement, ensuring smooth coordination of loan files between bankers and channel partners, and achieving assigned sales targets.

• Develop, manage, and strengthen relationships with existing and new channel partners to generate consistent loan business.
• Ensure effective coordination of loan applications/files between bankers and channel partners for smooth processing.
• Expand the partner network by identifying and onboarding new business associates, DSAs, and financial consultants.
• Monitor and follow up on leads generated through channel partners to ensure timely conversion.
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on sales performance, partner activity, and pipeline status.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and lending partner requirements during the loan process.
• Maintain high levels of satisfaction by ensuring timely service and issue resolution.
