Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our renowned electronics brand to dealers in Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar. Key responsibilities include expanding the dealer network, collecting payments, making regular door-to-door visits, securing orders, and explaining promotional schemes and offers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Dealer Management:
  • Identify and approach potential dealers in Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers.
  • Assist dealers with product selection and inventory management.
  1. Sales and Order Acquisition:
  • Conduct regular door-to-door visits to dealers to promote products and secure orders.
  • Present and explain product features, benefits, and pricing to dealers.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  1. Payment Collection:
  • Ensure timely collection of payments from dealers.
  • Monitor accounts to identify overdue payments and follow up for payment recovery.
  1. Promotional Activities:
  • Communicate current promotional schemes and offers to dealers.
  • Assist dealers in understanding and implementing promotional activities.
  1. Market Research and Feedback:
  • Gather market intelligence and provide feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Suggest improvements to sales strategies based on field observations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the electronics industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in local language(s) and English.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to extensively within Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar.
