Sales Executive / Sales Officer

With a growing dealer network, Akshar aims to strengthen its market presence by building a strong and motivated sales team in different states.

 

Purpose of the Role:

To achieve sales targets by developing and managing dealer networks in the assigned region.

This includes appointing new dealers, maintaining relationships with existing ones, and ensuring consistent sales growth through effective field visits and market coverage.


Key Responsibilities:

Identify, appoint, and develop new dealers and distributors in assigned territories.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Regularly visit dealers to ensure stock availability, sales support, and visibility of company products.

Monitor dealer performance and assist in improving sales through promotions and schemes.

Generate enquiries and convert leads into sales.

Provide market feedback on competitors’ products, pricing, and strategies.

Coordinate with the internal team for timely dispatches, payments, and service support.

Ensure dealer satisfaction and maintain long-term business relationships.

Submit daily / weekly sales reports and update management on territory performance.

Participate in exhibitions, dealer meets, and sales promotions as required.


Desired Candidate Profile:

Education: Graduate / Diploma, preferably in Business, Marketing, or Engineering.

Experience: 2 to 10 years of experience in channel/dealer sales.

Industry Preference: Power tools, hardware, electrical, or related industrial products.

Must have hands-on experience in dealer appointment and handling.

Should be willing to travel extensively across assigned states.

Must be result-oriented, energetic, and good at building relationships.


Compensation:

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience and profile).

Incentives: Performance-based incentives may be offered in addition to fixed pay.
