Job Summary:


We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to drive revenue growth and enhance brand visibility. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing marketing strategies, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Responsibilities:


   Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client visits.


   Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.


   Present and promote company products/services to prospective clients.


   Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.


   Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.


   Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.


   Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.


Marketing Responsibilities:


   Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns.


   Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor activities, and new market opportunities.


   Support digital marketing efforts including social media, email campaigns, and content creation.


   Organize and participate in marketing events, exhibitions, and trade shows.


   Collaborate with the design and content teams to produce promotional materials.


   Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.


Requirements:


   Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.


   1–3 years of experience in sales and/or marketing (freshers may be considered with strong potential).


   Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.


   Strong understanding of marketing principles and sales techniques.


   Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools and digital marketing platforms.


   Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


   Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.
