Job Description
- Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & ActivationIdentify, recruit, and onboard potential insurance advisors.
- Guide advisors on licensing procedures and IRDAI compliance.
- Ensure advisors become active and productive within defined timelines.
- 2. Training & DevelopmentProvide product training and sales guidance to advisors.
- Conduct regular skill-building sessions and motivation meetings.
- Support advisors in field activities and joint calls.
- Skills & Competencies Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Leadership qualities & team management
- Sales and target-oriented mindset
- Ability to motivate and mentor advisors
- Basic knowledge of insurance products (preferred)
- Field sales experience is an added advantag
