Job Description
Track and maintain OSI accounts (receivables, payables, bills and expenses) Generate invoices for clients, maintain ledgers and confirm payments with the bank Handle all tax related matters for OSI (GST, Input Tax Credit claims, GST, etc.) Pay and collect dues (vendor/client related) Maintain the accounts and ledgers, send data to CA for audit purpose Pay salary to employees and follow-up for confirmation Prepare commission invoice for agents Handle queries regarding accounts/payment and solve any related issues Provides financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data; preparing reports. Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information. Documents financial transactions by entering account information. Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options. Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information. Secures financial information by completing database backups. Maintains financial security by following internal controls. Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
