Job SummaryWe are looking for a technically skilled and motivated Service Engineer to join our workshop team. The candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, testing, and servicing CNC spindle motors, fiber laser systems, servo motors, and related industrial equipment.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and troubleshoot CNC spindle motors and industrial automation components.
• Repair and service spindle motors, ATC spindles, servo motors, and drives.
• Assist in fiber laser source and laser head inspection, testing, and maintenance.
• Perform electrical and mechanical fault finding.
• Conduct testing and quality checks after repair.
• Prepare service reports and maintain repair records.
• Coordinate with customers regarding technical issues and service updates.
• Support installation, commissioning, and onsite service activities when required.
• Maintain workshop tools, testing equipment, and safety standards.
• Work closely with the technical and sales teams to resolve customer issues.
• Required SkillsStrong understanding of electrical and electronic systems.
• Basic knowledge of CNC machines and industrial automation.
• Ability to read electrical diagrams and technical documents.
• Hands-on troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Familiarity with multimeters, insulation testers, and workshop tools.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
• QualificationDiploma / BE / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Instrumentation, or related field.
• ITI candidates with relevant industrial service experience may also apply.
• Experience1–5 years of experience in industrial service, maintenance, repair, or automation.
• Experience with CNC machines, spindle motors, servo systems, VFDs, or fiber laser equipment will be preferred.
