We are seeking an experienced and strategic Sourcing and Supply Chain Officer to oversee our organization’s purchasing activities. The ideal candidate will manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, ensure cost-effective procurement of goods and services, and maintain inventory levels to support business operations. This role requires a strong understanding of supply chain management, budgeting, and vendor management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals.

• Manage and optimize sourcing activities for goods and services.

• Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on cost, quality, and delivery time.

• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers and vendors.

• Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.

• Analyze market trends and forecast procurement needs.

• Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., finance, operations, production) to determine purchasing needs.

• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for procurement, such as cost savings, lead times, and supplier reliability.

• Manage procurement budgets and prepare regular reports for senior management.

• Work on Tenders and close it before deadlines.
