Monthly bank/balance sheet reconciliations, financial statements, cash flow analysis, and intercompany activities. Work with the leadership team on cash flow management and funding of mortgages and accounts payable. Assists in the preparation of documents and analysis for annual audits. Preparing budgets. Research and Analysis Financial Statements. Preparing and forecasting budget reports. Manage the accounting staff who are responsible for financial reporting, billing, collections, , and budget preparation. Audits accounts to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations; coordinates with outside auditors and provides needed information for the annual external audit.
