Qualification : Post Basic B.Sc Nursing / B.Sc Nursing / GNM Experience : Minimum 6 Month  To carry out effective general nursing care. Co-ordinates with her / his colleagues and other departments within the general units of the hospital.  To adhere all nursing code of conduct and all hospital policies from time to time.  To provide high standard of patients care in co-operation with other nursing personnel’s and other supportive departmental personnel’s  To develop objectives for the management of patient nursing care and patient safety.  To be responsible for proper maintenance of patient file, admission records, investigation and billing records in a proper fashion.  Generate all documents related to accidents / incidents report in which he / she involved with.  To perform extra duties as per the emergency situation.
