We are looking for a Supply Chain Manager at BSMCo to provide logistics & amp; customer service support to the European company. Responsibilities: • Keeping track of suppliers’ shipment & ensure smooth receipt of material in 3rd party warehouse by co-ordinating with suppliers & vendors involved in supply chain. • Keeping track of customers' orders & ensure smooth-timely delivery by co- ordinating with 3rd party warehouse & vendors involved in supply chain. • Co-ordinate pick and pack of inventory with 3rd party warehouse to meet customers order fulfilment. • Generating relevant shipping documents. • Create good rapport with operation team of customers, follow up and communicate with them on shipments and delivery status. • Monitor and prepare inventory report and follow up on stock discrepancies. • Execute and perform other task assigned by the superior. (Co-ordination via email & phone from office) (Working with local internal / support team & Interaction with pan European clients) Requirements: • Experience with inbound & outbound process of Global Supply Chain. • Futuristic approach & global exposure / mindset. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English • Hands on mentality & ability to work independently. • Master Degree or equivalent with at-least 7 -10 years’ experience - prefer- MBA / M COM - male candidate
