A Team leader is responsible for leading a shift and giving every patron a WOW experience & service, which makes the patron come back again & again. He/she achieves this by training the team associate to run the shifts smoothly, solving their concerns and help Cinema Manager and Duty Manager in reporting. IN short as a leader of shift he/she: 1. Executes all company SOP’s and policies all the time and help build a team which is process driven and people oriented 2. Trains & Certifies 100% staff in all business processes & tasks by working hands-on with them 3. Helps in Increasing the revenue generation KPI’s i.e. BO sales (Admits), F&B Sales & Bulk Sales 4. Helps in executing all the Controlling measures i.e. Inventory Management & Food Orderings Wastages, pilferages & Variances, spot checks, skimming etc. 5. Maintains healthy work environment at the property along with high cleanliness & hygiene standards in the property 6. Helps in Increasing Customer Satisfaction & Mystery Audit Scores 7. Maintain good relations with the required local authorities for smooth functioning of the property
