Telecaller

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads or sales.
• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner.
• Explain products or services to customers clearly and persuasively.
• Maintain customer database by entering and updating information accurately.
• Follow up on leads, cold calls, or previous contacts to convert into sales or appointments.
• Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets as set by the team leader or management.
• Maintain records of conversations and call outcomes for reporting and analysis.
