We are looking for candidates who are having excellent communication with the Basic knowledge of Microsoft office. Candidate must have fluency in Hindi,Gujarati, English Language. An effective Tele caller representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts. The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business. Responsibilities : Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using script Coordinating with operation team to ensure the timely response to inquiries. excellent communication skills and basic knowledge of Microsoft office explain the customers based on product offers / benefits. Handle grievances to preserve the company s reputation. Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent Convincing skills, Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection Excellent Convincing skills, Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
