Job Description

Identify and track new tender opportunities through online portals, newspapers, and other sources.
Review and analyze tender documents, technical specifications, and eligibility criteria.
Coordinate and prepare all necessary documentation and submissions for tenders, RFPs, RFQs, and EOIs.
Liaise with different departments (sales, finance, legal, operations, technical) to compile bid documents.
Prepare commercial and technical bid proposals, ensuring all deadlines are met.
Manage pre-qualification questionnaires (PQQs) and ensure compliance with client requirements.
Maintain tender documentation, records, and a database of submitted tenders and outcomes.
Communicate with clients for clarifications, pre-bid meetings, and follow-ups.
Monitor contract award announcements and report the status of bids submitted.
Ensure all tenders comply with internal policies and client regulations.
Support post-tender negotiations and contract finalization if required.

Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in tendering, bidding, or related roles (Freshers can be considered for Junior roles).
Strong understanding of tendering processes and documentation.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Knowledge of government tender portals (like GeM, CPPP) is an advantage.
