- Key ResponsibilitiesAppoint, manage, and strengthen distributor and retail networks in the assigned territory
- Drive primary & secondary sales to achieve monthly, quarterly & yearly targets
- Ensure proper product placement, visibility & availability across retail stores
- Execute branding activities, in-store promotions, sampling & merchandising
- Track competitor activities and provide timely market insights
- Submit daily reporting including beat plan, outlet coverage & sales insights
- Candidate Requirements5–10 years of experience in FMCG field sales (beverages preferred)
- Strong knowledge of distribution management & channel sales operations
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with field-based work
- Excellent communication, negotiation & relationship-building skills
- Willingness to travel extensively within the territory
- Compensation & BenefitsSalary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience)
