  • Key ResponsibilitiesAppoint, manage, and strengthen distributor and retail networks in the assigned territory
  • Drive primary & secondary sales to achieve monthly, quarterly & yearly targets
  • Ensure proper product placement, visibility & availability across retail stores
  • Execute branding activities, in-store promotions, sampling & merchandising
  • Track competitor activities and provide timely market insights
  • Submit daily reporting including beat plan, outlet coverage & sales insights
  • Candidate Requirements5–10 years of experience in FMCG field sales (beverages preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of distribution management & channel sales operations
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with field-based work
  • Excellent communication, negotiation & relationship-building skills
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the territory
  • Compensation & BenefitsSalary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience)
