We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Travel Agent with 1–2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for travel and strong knowledge of domestic and international travel planning. You will be responsible for assisting clients in booking flights, hotels, holiday packages, and other travel-related services.

• Key Responsibilities: Assist customers with planning and booking domestic and international travel itineraries
• Recommend and sell travel packages, hotels, flights, and transport services
• Provide information on travel regulations, visas, weather conditions, and currency exchange
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure high levels of satisfaction
• Use reservation systems (GDS or online booking tools) to manage bookings
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and transport providers for smooth travel arrangements
• Prepare accurate invoices, quotations, and itineraries for clients
• Stay updated with the latest travel trends, destinations, and offers
• Requirements–2 years of experience as a Travel Agent or in a similar customer service/travel planning role
• Good knowledge of popular travel destinations, hotels, and travel logistics
• Familiarity with online booking portals and tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Preferred Qualifications: Diploma or certification in Travel & Tourism or Hospitality
• Experience with B2B and B2C bookings
• Multilingual abilities are a plus
