Travel Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Tour Packages: Design and prepare customized tour packages based on client preferences and requirements.
• Visa Services: Provide assistance with visa applications and documentation for clients traveling abroad.
• Ticketing: Handle ticket bookings and changes, ensuring the best rates and options for clients.
• Client Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing queries and providing updates throughout the booking process.
• Hotel Bookings: Coordinate and manage hotel bookings to ensure quality accommodations for clients.
• Sales and Marketing: Promote travel packages and services through various marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, and partnerships.
• Market Research: Stay updated on travel trends, competitive pricing, and destination information to provide clients with accurate advice and recommendations.
• Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, resolving any issues or concerns that may arise during the planning and travel process.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year and maximum of 2 years of experience in travel consulting or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of travel destinations, ticketing systems, and visa regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in MS Office and travel-related software.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
