The Field Assistant (FA) is the link between the borrowers and BFIL. Field Assistant coordinates all the activities at the Village Level, including: group formation, Compulsory Group Training (CGT), Center Meetings, loan verification (and utilization) checks, loan repayments, regular attendance of center members and any other village based activities Qualifications / Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: • Should be between 18-28 years of age o Well conversant in local dialect he/she is posted. • Should be able to do extensive field travel. • Required to possess a two wheeler driving license. • Should be able to relocate herself/himself when transferred to new areas
