· The incumbent shall be responsible to diligently discharge his role along with the team in Cambay’s endeavor to aggressively augment its workforce. Responsible for handling complete recruitment life cycle for our Direct Clients in US. · Develop action plans/recruiting strategies to identify qualified candidates through various job portals and networking websites. · Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interviews and inductions. · Regular Interaction/daily meetings with team members and team leaders to discuss requirements, determine focus, sourcing strategies, interview evaluations, offers, hires, future requirements and create a funnel of potential candidates proactively. ü Any Graduate/Diploma holder ü Good Communication Skills ü Willing to stay in Aligarh for longer period of time ü Good exposure to MS Office ü Comfortable for US Shift (Night Shift) ü 5-day week (Saturday-Sunday fixed off)
