Prepare and serve a wide range of coffee-based beverages such as espresso, cappuccino, latte, mocha, cold coffee, and specialty drinks as per recipes.

Operate, clean, and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and related equipment.

Provide friendly and professional customer service, taking and serving orders efficiently.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the coffee counter and service area as per FSSAI standards.

Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock of coffee, milk, syrups, and other supplies.

Suggest and upsell beverages, bakery, and snack items to increase sales.

Work closely with the service team to ensure smooth operations during busy hours.
