Job Description
We are looking for a sincere, organized, and responsible Office Admin Coordinator to manage day-to-day administrative operations at our office in Ambala Cantt.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily office administration activities
- Maintain records, files, and documentation accurately
- Manage email communication and internal correspondence
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and office MIS
- Coordinate with different departments for smooth workflow
- Handle office supplies, vendor follow-ups, and administrative support
- Ensure proper record keeping and document management
- Assist management with routine operational and coordination tasks
Requirements
- Graduate in any stream
- English medium education
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi
- Strong computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, Email, Internet)
- Well-organized, disciplined, and detail-oriented
- Ability to handle responsibilities independently
- Looking for a stable, long-term career opportunity
- Candidates with prior office administration or coordination experience will be preferred
- Local candidates from Ambala and nearby areas preferred
