Job Description: Assembly Fitter (LED Lights – Soldering, Manufacturing & Repairing)Position: Assembly Fitter

Experience: 6 Months to 2 years (as per company requirement)

• Key Responsibilities: LED Light Assembly:
• 
  
• Assemble LED lights and related components as per technical standards.
• Fit, align and secure mechanical and electrical parts.
• Soldering Work:
• 
  
• Perform soldering of LED chips, drivers, wires and other PCB components.
• Ensure proper joints and high-quality finishing during soldering.
• Manufacturing Activities:
• 
  
• Assist in the production process, including wiring, fixture fitting and testing.
• Follow production schedules and meet daily assembly targets.
• Maintain documentation for production tasks (if required).
• Repair & Maintenance:
• 
  
• Identify faulty LED components and perform diagnosis, troubleshooting and repairs.
• Replace damaged parts like drivers, LED modules, wiring, and switches.
• Test repaired lights for performance and safety.
• Quality Checking:
• 
  
• Conduct basic quality checks on finished products.
• Report defects or deviations to the supervisor.
• Safety & Compliance:
• 
  
• Follow safety guidelines during soldering and assembly.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe workspace.
• Coordination:
• 
  
• Work closely with the production team and supervisor for smooth workflow.
• Update daily work progress and material usage.
• Required Skills:Knowledge of soldering and LED light assembly
• Basic understanding of electrical components & circuits
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair LED lighting products
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions and technical drawings
• Willingness to learn and work in a manufacturing environment
• Qualifications:10th / 12th / ITI / Diploma (Electrical, Electronics or relevant field preferred)
• Prior experience in LED manufacturing or soldering is an advantage
