Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and customer-friendly Counter Sales Executive for our kitchen retail
store. The role involves direct interaction with walk-in customers, product presentation, upselling,
billing assistance, and maintaining excellent store experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist customers at the sales counter
• Provide product knowledge and help customers select suitable crockery, appliances, and
cookware
• Achieve daily/weekly sales targets
• Handle billing and cash/card transactions
• Manage product display and stock refill at counters
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the counter area
• Build long-term customer relationships and ensure repeat business
• Support store operations when needed (stock check, tagging, etc.)
