Reports To: General Manager / Resort Manager
Shift Hours: 10:00 PM – 10:00 AM (Night Shift)
Location: Cape House, Amritsar
Position SummaryThe Night Manager is the senior management representative on-site during the overnight hours. You will oversee all aspects of hotel, resort, and cafe operations during the night shift, ensuring the highest standards of guest satisfaction, safety, and financial accuracy. This role requires a perfect blend of leadership, administrative sharp-mindedness, and hands-on crisis management.
