Job Description

Responsible for counseling the clients and handling their inquiries, over the phone, through email & in person. 2. Counsel the clients with updated immigration information, provide clear and accurate information based on the current immigration visa laws & policies pertaining to the client’s profile and the chances of immigration. 3. Provide a fair and neutral evaluation of a candidate’s profile. 4. Prepare action plans and schedules to meet specific targets assigned. 5. Ensuring complete visa application documentation including all the financial & background related papers 6. Regular follow-up on inquiries, follow-up new leads, and referrals resulting from the day-to-day activity. 7. Responsible for meeting monthly sales targets by converting leads and inquiries. 8. Ensure MIS reports are submitted as per TAT 9. Customer Satisfaction through assessing student feedback Desired Candidate Profile At least 3 years of experience in the immigration industry. Sales-oriented and target-driven attitude. Outgoing and positive with a passion to learn and grow. Good communication skills.
