Roles Counselor/ Sr. Counselor Effectively implement plans to completion of targets. Design & submit Daily/Weekly/Monthly action plan to the Branch Manager. Ensure Implementation of the action plans as laid down by the BM. Achieve sales target as per laid down targets from the walk-ins, other QA's & referrals (as per product allocation), convince and convert. Maintain a conversion percentage of 30% of QA to Client. Achieve the monthly and quarterly targets as specified. Promote Advantage World Wide to clients Skills:- Must have good experience in sales . Must be graduate. Preference form Banking,insurance and immigration industry.
