PositionAirport Representative
LocationAirport Operations (Domestic & International Airports as assigned)
Reporting To Operations Manager
Job SummaryThe Airport Representative is responsible for providing seamless arrival and departure assistance to guests at the airport. The role involves guest coordination, meet-and-greet services, transfer management, handling travel-related concerns, and ensuring a smooth travel experience while maintaining the highest standards of customer service.
Key ResponsibilitiesArrival AssistanceReceive guests at the airport arrival area with the company placard
Coordinate with drivers and transport teams for timely guest pickups
Assist guests with luggage handling and transfer arrangements
Ensure guests are comfortably escorted to their assigned vehicles
Departure AssistanceCoordinate guest departures and airport drop-offs
Assist with airline check-in guidance and terminal information
Ensure guests reach the airport within the recommended reporting time
Guest CoordinationMaintain continuous communication with guests, drivers, hotels, and operations teams
Handle last-minute changes in flight schedules and transfer arrangements
Provide information regarding local attractions, hotel locations, and travel schedules
Flight MonitoringTrack flight arrivals, departures, delays, cancellations, and schedule changes
Update operations teams and drivers regarding revised timings
Ensure transfer arrangements are modified as required
Service Recovery Address guest concerns promptly and professionally
Escalate operational issues to the concerned department
Ensure guest satisfaction through proactive assistance
Documentation & ReportingMaintain daily arrival and departure records
Submit operational reports and service feedback
Record guest complaints, incidents, and resolutions
Required SkillsExcellent communication skills in English and local language
Strong customer service orientation
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple guests simultaneously
Good coordination and problem-solving abilities
Basic computer and mobile application knowledge
Knowledge of airport procedures and travel operations
QualificationGraduate in Tourism, Hospitality, Travel & Tourism, Hotel Management, or any relevant field
Freshers with excellent communication skills may apply
Prior experience in airport operations, hospitality, or travel industry preferred
Experience0–3 years in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, Aviation, or Customer Service
Availability during flight disruptions and operational emergencies
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Guest satisfaction scores
On-time arrival and departure coordination
Zero missed pickups
Timely reporting and documentation
Effective handling of guest concerns and escalations
Salary Range Fresher: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Additional incentives for night shifts, guest appreciation, and performance-based achievements
Preferred Attributes Pleasant personality and professional appearance
Knowledge of multiple languages is an advantage
Familiarity with airport terminals, airline operations, and local destinations
Strong teamwork and coordination skills
