Responsibilities: Customer Care II Problem Solving • Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries • Provide information about products and services, take/cancel orders, and record details of complaints • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, details of enquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken • Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions are taken on customer requests • Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation **Shift -7pm to 2am any 4.5 hours as per the roaster. System requirements- *Processor -i3,i5,i7 (Intel based Processor) *Ram- 4GB and above *Windows 10 professional needed *SSD required
