Multi Technician for Expats Domestic Maintenance Services in CSN (Aurangabad, near Airport)

This position is for Multi Technician who can do Electrical Maintenance & Upkeep services for the Expat Houses in CSN

The domestic repairs like Electrical, plumbing, carpentry and also supervision of some services include AC AMC, Pest Control AMC, appliances troubleshooting services. Personal bike is preferred for travel. Per KM travel charges will be paid separately.

Role and Responsibility:

1. Domestic repairs like Electrical, plumbing, carpentry by visiting the expats houses in CSN (Near Airport)
2. Coordinate and Improve vendors management for A/C, Pest control, Appliances repair
3. The job is 100% on-site visits
4. Messaging/ Scheduling

Educational Qualification and Experience Required:

1. ITI or similar technical education is MUST
2. 3-5 years of work experience in multi technician in residential facility management is preferred.
3. English skills (verbal and written) is preferred (our clients are foreigners)
