Pre-Primary Teacher

Job Summary: We are seeking a nurturing and enthusiastic Pre-Primary Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The Pre-Primary Teacher will be responsible for educating and caring for young children aged 3 to 5 years old. The ideal candidate should have a passion for early childhood education, possess excellent communication and organizational skills, and be able to create a supportive and stimulating classroom environment where children can thrive.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a curriculum that meets the physical, emotional, intellectual, and social needs of all children in the program.
• Plan and conduct age-appropriate activities and educational lessons that promote learning through play.
• Establish and enforce rules for behavior, and procedures for maintaining order among the children.
• Maintain open communication with parents and provide regular updates on their child's progress and development.
• Monitor and track children's progress, assess their abilities, and prepare reports for parents and administrators.
• Collaborate with other teachers and administrators in the development of educational goals, policies, and curriculum standards.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times.
