Position Overview:

• We are seeking motivated Field Sales Executives to join our team in Barabanki District. The ideal candidates will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and knowledge of agriculture and plants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Provide guidance and support to farmers on plant cultivation.
• Achieve customer satisfaction through effective communication.

Requirements:

• Age: 18 to 40 years.
• Proven sales skills and experience.
• Strong communication abilities.
• Knowledge of agriculture and plants.
• Must own a bike and possess a valid driving license.

Salary and Benefits: 

• Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹18,000 per month, based on experience, skills, and interview performance.
• Incentives on every complete order, allowing potential monthly earnings of ₹22,000 to ₹30,000.
• No sales targets.
