FAWDA app (agri-inputs e-commerce app) में Field executive - Agri-Input Sales - की आवश्यकता – बरारा (अम्बाला) लोकेशन
FAWDA एक स्टार्टअप है जो किसानों को Agri-inputs (बीज, कीटनाशक, उर्वरक आदि) की e-commerce सुविधा, AI आधारित कृषि सलाह, तथा खेती के कामों के लिए मजदूर और कृषि मशीनरी उपलब्ध कराता है। हमारा FAWDA App Google Play Store पर उपलब्ध है और जल्द ही agri-inputs ई-कॉमर्स सेवा भी शुरू होने वाली है।
हम बरारा (अम्बाला) क्षेत्र के लिए एक फील्ड एग्जीक्यूटिव - Agri-Inputs Sales - की नियुक्ति करना चाहते हैं।
मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ (Responsibilities):
* अम्बाला, कुरुक्षेत्र, यमुनानगर एवं आस पास के क्षेत्रों में एग्री-इनपुट्स की बिक्री के लक्ष्य (Sales Targets) प्राप्त करना।
* किसानों और रिटेलर दुकानों से नियमित संपर्क बनाकर FAWDA app के उत्पादों की बिक्री बढ़ाना।
* क्षेत्र के Agri-input retailers / dealers के साथ मजबूत नेटवर्क बनाना और उन्हें FAWDA प्लेटफॉर्म से जोड़ना।
* 2-3 Field Sales Executives की टीम बनाना और उन्हें ट्रेनिंग देना।
* कंपनी के Founder के साथ नियमित बैठक करके क्षेत्र की बिक्री और प्रदर्शन की समीक्षा करना।
योग्यता (Qualification):
* BSc / MSc Agriculture आवश्यक।
* Agri-input कंपनियों में सेल्स अनुभव।
* Top brands के agri-input products का अच्छा ज्ञान।
* फसल में कीट, रोग और खरपतवार की पहचान करने की क्षमता।
* किसानों और दुकानदारों के साथ अच्छा संवाद और संबंध बनाने की क्षमता।
कार्य क्षेत्र (Work Area):
* उम्मीदवार का निवास अम्बाला, कुरुक्षेत्र, यमुनानगर के आस पास के क्षेत्र में ही होना चाहिए।
* ऑफिस लोकेशन – बरारा (अम्बाला)
वेतन (Salary):
* अनुभव के अनुसार Rs.15000-18000 तक के बीच सैलरी दी जा सकती है
* ₹2,000 प्रति माह फिक्स पेट्रोल भत्ता
* अच्छा और अनुभवी उम्मीदवार होने पर सैलरी पर बातचीत संभव है।
