Position: Store Staff cum Rider

Job Type: Full Time

Job Timing: 6AM to 4PM, 10AM to 8PM and 12PM to 10PM

Shift: Rotational Shift

Working Hours: 10 Hours

Roles & Responsibilities of Store Staff in a Retail Store 👇

In-Store Duties:

• Assist with receiving, sorting, and stocking grocery items on shelves.
• Maintain store cleanliness, including product displays, aisles, and storage areas.
• Support cashiering tasks such as scanning items, handling payments, and issuing receipts.
• Provide friendly and helpful customer service to shoppers.
• Monitor inventory levels and report low-stock or damaged items.
• Assist with packing online orders accurately and promptly.
• Follow store safety and hygiene standards.

Rider / Delivery Duties:

• Deliver grocery orders to customers safely and on time.
• Ensure proper handling of products during transit to prevent damage.
• Use navigation tools to plan efficient delivery routes.
• Collect payments when required for Cash-on-Delivery orders.
• Maintain delivery records and obtain customer signatures when needed.
• Keep the delivery vehicle (motorbike/bicycle) clean and in good working condition.
