We are currently working on expanding the EV ecosystem in the 3W segment through battery financing. We bring all stakeholders on one platform to provide seamless customer experience which makes battery financing accessible and affordable. Along with financing, we are building the end to end supply chain to decrease downtime for drivers and enhance their income leading to better living standards for their family.

What is the key focus of the role?

The primary focus of this role is to champion our battery business. You will be responsible for identifying and converting prospects, achieving ambitious sales targets set by management, and cultivating valuable relationships with both existing and potential clients.

What are the roles and responsibilities?

As a Sales executive, you will play a pivotal role in the growth of our company. Here's what you'll be doing:

Customer Engagement: Visit National Key Customers, Customer Zonal Offices, Regional Offices, Major Clients, and Centralised Client Offices to secure battery orders. Your enthusiasm and dedication will be your driving force.

Enquiry Management: Maintain meticulous records of all customer inquiries and diligently follow up until orders are confirmed and processed. Your organisational skills are essential for this task.

Battery Sales Offers: Collaborate closely with Field Engineers to assess and respond to battery failure reports. Your proactive approach will involve contacting clients and submitting compelling battery sales offers.

What qualifications/skills do we look for? 

To excel in this role, you'll need the following qualifications and attributes:

• Knowledge or experience in the battery industry is a plus but not mandatory.
• An energetic and self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.
• A proven track record in ground sales, with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
• Strong organizational abilities to manage inquiries and follow-ups effectively.
