Chef : Sea Food

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Seafood Specialty Chef to prepare high-quality seafood dishes while maintaining exceptional food standards and kitchen hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of seafood dishes, including fish, shellfish, prawns, crab, lobster, and regional seafood specialties.
• Ensure proper cleaning, handling, storage, and preparation of seafood products.
• Develop and execute seafood menus while maintaining consistency in taste and presentation.
• Monitor food quality, freshness, and portion control standards.
• Maintain kitchen hygiene and comply with food safety regulations.
• Manage inventory, minimize wastage, and coordinate seafood procurement.
• Train and guide junior kitchen staff in seafood preparation techniques.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience as a Seafood Chef or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of seafood preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Creativity in menu planning and presentation.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
