Procurement Manager

Key Responsibilities:– Daily purchasing of F&B, housekeeping, and operational supplies

– Managing vendor relationships and negotiating rates

– Coordinating deliveries and verifying quality/quantity

– Maintaining purchase logs and stock records

– Entering purchase bills and expenses into accounting software

– Working closely with accounts for reconciliations and month-end checks

– Ensuring compliance with internal SOPs (purchase → GRN → bill entry → payment request)

Requirements:– Minimum 3 years’ experience in hotel/restaurant procurement

– Solid understanding of purchase cycles, stock, and vendor management

– Comfortable with basic accounting entries (Tally/Zoho/QuickBooks or similar)

– Reliable, organised, and detail-oriented

– Goa-based or willing to relocate
