Hiring 1 Inventory & Accounts Associate

About Us

Sri Rohini Silks is a trusted destination for premium silk sarees, bridal collections, and ethnic

wear. We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Inventory & Accounts Associate to

manage inventory records, accounting processes, and stock operations while ensuring

accuracy across financial and inventory systems.


Key Responsibilities

● Maintain accounting records and reconcile accounts payable and vendor transactions.

● Process invoices, payments, and financial reports using accounting software.

● Manage inventory tracking, stock audits, and stock level reporting.

● Monitor product costs and support cost analysis activities.

● Ensure accurate stock entries and inventory reconciliation.

● Generate inventory and financial reports using Excel and accounting systems.

● Coordinate with store and sales teams to maintain inventory accuracy.

● Support GST documentation and basic accounting compliance requirements.

● Assist with day-to-day operational and administrative tasks related to inventory and

accounts.

Eligibility

● Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

● 1–2 years of experience in accounting, inventory management, or a similar role preferred.

● Freshers with strong accounting knowledge and relevant internship experience may apply.

● Experience with accounting software (Zoho Books preferred).

● Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems.

Language Requirements


Mandatory: Kannada, Hindi

Preferred: English

● GST/Tax knowledge.

● Understanding of supply chain and inventory management processes.

Compensation: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on candidate’s interview and

experience) + performance-based incentives.

Work Schedule: 6 days/week.
