Job Title: Center Manager

About the Role:

We are looking for a confident and proactive Center Manager to manage day-to-day operations and ensure a positive environment for around 100–200 students. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, leadership qualities, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities with professionalism and care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily centre operations and ensure smooth functioning.
• Manage student attendance, discipline, and overall coordination.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and faculty.
• Maintain administrative records and ensure process compliance.
• Coordinate with management for events, classes, and schedules.
• Foster a supportive and well-disciplined learning environment.

Requirements:

• Any graduate (no specific stream required).
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English and local language
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage large student groups (around 100–200 students).
• Prior experience in managing a centre or educational institute preferred.
